The study and application of delayed cross-linking performance of high temperature inorganic boron cross-linker

Abstract:Aim at current situation of large dosage of gel breaker , high content of residue after gel breaking and disadvantage of gel breaker backflow, engineer develop high-temperature inorganic boron cross-linker JLW-HT1 and formulate into a high-temperature inorganic boron delay fracturing fluid system which is used for reconstruction of low permeability reservoirs from improving the heat resistance of inorganic boron cross-linking agent. The experiment and field application show that the fracturing fluid system which contains less residue after breaking is conducive to gel breaker backflow and less harmful to reservoirs, it also has good high temperature rheological property which satisfies different scale of fracturing construction application of high temperature deep well in Ordos basin under low temperature environment.
